OneCall

Terms and service boundary

Draft for business and legal review before production.

What OneCall does

OneCall lets property managers submit a service lead and, where routing is enabled, introduces the lead to up to three matching vendors based on service, market, operational eligibility, and proximity. OneCall does not guarantee that a vendor will respond, provide a bid, accept the work, or meet a particular price or schedule.

Direct work arrangements

Vendors contact managers directly. Bids, agreements, scheduling, payments, and work are handled directly between the manager and vendor. OneCall does not collect or compare bids, schedule work, collect repair payments, or become a party to the resulting agreement. The service is not for emergencies.

Consent and email verification

Before submitting a lead, the manager must consent to sharing its contact and service details with up to three matching vendors. The manager verifies the email address with a one-time code before routing. Optional marketing consent is separate and not required.

Availability and coverage

Markets and service availability may change. Coverage illustrations are approximate and do not promise service at every location. Production routing will remain disabled until market boundaries and vendor-radius limits are approved.
